In addition, education of members is sought by securing and disseminating information pertaining to all areas of claims resolution. Finally, TCA vigorously supports resisting collusion, deception,, or fraudulent claims whether indulged in by the claims professional or any other person, associate or layman. Regular - Any person who meets the qualifications as specified by Article 4, Section 1A, of the TCA Constitution, may be approved for REGULAR membership. If applying for REGULAR membership, indicate the number of years you have been involved in supervising, adjusting and/ or investigation of claims and your current job title andspecialty .
